How do I make a return?
Start your return in our Returns Center. Once approved, your prepaid label is emailed automatically. A flat $15 return fee is deducted from your refund.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after your return is received and inspected, then take 3–5 business days to post depending on your bank.
