If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.
How to Initiate a Refund
Visit Our Returns Center:
Start your refund request by visiting our Returns Center. Enter your order details and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your refund request.Receive Your Pre-Paid Shipping Label:
Once your return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label via email. Attach the label to your package securely. ***The Pre-Paid Shipping Label cost will be deducted from the final refund amount***Return the Item:
Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Drop it off at the specified carrier’s location.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email, is required.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for your bank to complete the refund.
Please note that refunds are not available for products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or modification.
