Returning Your Order at ELO

We strive to make your return process as smooth and straightforward as possible. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, here’s how you can return it to us:

Step 1: Visit Our Returns Center

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center. Enter your order details and follow the on-screen instructions to start the return process.

Step 2: Receive Your Pre-Paid Shipping Label

Once your return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label via email. Print out the label and attach it securely to the package. ***Note that the label cost will be deducted from the final refund amount***

Step 3: Ship the Item Back

Pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier’s location.

Step 4: Refund Processing

After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
