At ELO, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. Our exchange policy is designed to be straightforward and beneficial.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you can request an exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Visit Our Returns Center:
    Go to our Returns Center to initiate your exchange. Enter your order details and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your exchange request.

  2. Receive Your Pre-Paid Shipping Label:
    Once your exchange is approved, we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label via email. Attach the label to your package securely.

  3. Return the Item:
    Ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and securely packaged to prevent damage. Drop it off at the specified carrier’s location.

Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are only applicable for items that are unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email, is required.

Please note, exchanges are not available for items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or modification.
