What's your exchange policy?Updated a month ago

At ELO, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. Our replacement policy is designed to be clear and helpful.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you can request an replacement within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Visit Our Returns and Exchange Center:
    Go to our Returns Center to start your replacement request. Enter your order details and follow the prompts to submit your request.

  2. Receive Your Pre-Paid Shipping Label:
    Once your replacement request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label. Please attach it securely to your return package..

  3. Return the Item:
    Ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and securely packaged to prevent damage. Drop it off at the specified carrier’s location.

Exchange Eligibility
Replacements are only applicable for items that are in the same condition as received and returned in their original packaging with all included materials. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email, is required.

Please note that replacements are not available for items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or modification.
