Eligibility</h4>To participate in any official ELO event:<ul data-start="712" data-end="1069"><li data-start="712" data-end="848">You must follow the specific instructions provided &#x2014; whether that&#x2019;s a sign-up link, entry form, Discord invite, or other method.</li><li data-start="712" data-end="848">You&#xA0;must use your primary account (Discord, email, or social).</li><li data-start="920" data-end="1069">Use of alternate accounts, automation/bots, or entries made through &#x201C;Join-for-Join&#x201D; communities or exchange servers is strictly prohibited.</li></ul><hr><h4 data-start="1076" data-end="1108" id="isPasted">&#x1F579;&#xFE0F; 2. Fair Play &amp; Integrity</h4>We take competition seriously &#x2014; and so should you.<ul data-start="1162" data-end="1561"><li data-start="1162" data-end="1256">Cheating, automation, or exploiting loopholes will lead to review or disqualification.</li><li data-start="1257" data-end="1340">If someone accuses another participant, both parties must submit proof.</li><li data-start="1341" data-end="1475">ELO staff may request screen recordings, live screen shares, or other forms of verification if credibility is in question.</li><li data-start="1476" data-end="1561">Refusal to comply with a verification request = automatic disqualification.</li></ul><blockquote>&#x1F4CC; Proof requirements may increase depending on prize value, visibility, or dispute severity. ELO staff will make the final call on what qualifies as valid proof.</blockquote><hr><h4 data-start="1734" data-end="1767" id="isPasted">&#x1F6E1;&#xFE0F; 3. Verification Procedure</h4>If a verification is required, it will be handled in a moderated call with ELO staff:<ul data-start="1860" data-end="2066"><li data-start="1860" data-end="1928">A translator will be provided if there&#x2019;s a language barrier.</li><li data-start="1929" data-end="2066">Both participants will be given the opportunity to:<ul data-start="1987" data-end="2066"><li data-start="1987" data-end="2010">Share their screens</li><li data-start="1987" data-end="2010">Present evidence</li><li data-start="2036" data-end="2066">Answer moderator questions</li></ul></li></ul><blockquote data-start="2068" data-end="2203" id="isPasted">&#x1F3A5; Consent Policy: Participants will be informed if the call is recorded. Verbal consent is required before the recording begins.</blockquote>By joining a verification call, you consent to having your screen share and evidence reviewed by ELO staff for event integrity.<blockquote data-start="2338" data-end="2512">&#x1F4C1; Data Retention: Any recordings, screenshots, or evidence will be stored securely and deleted within 30 days unless needed for an ongoing dispute or legal reason.</blockquote><hr><h4 data-start="2519" data-end="2548" id="isPasted">&#x2696;&#xFE0F; 4. Moderator Authority</h4>ELO staff and event moderators hold final decision-making power:<ul data-start="2616" data-end="2841"><li data-start="2616" data-end="2700">All rulings are based on verified evidence and good-faith participation.</li><li data-start="2701" data-end="2785">Hostility, evasion, or refusal to cooperate will result in disqualification.</li><li data-start="2786" data-end="2841">Once a decision is made, it is final and binding.</li></ul><hr><h4 data-start="2848" data-end="2875" id="isPasted">&#x1F512; 5. Privacy &amp; Conduct</h4>We believe in protecting our players&#x2019; privacy &#x2014; and that includes you.<ul data-start="2949" data-end="3397"><li data-start="2949" data-end="3058">Do not publicly share private DMs, screenshots, or personal information without explicit consent.</li><li data-start="3059" data-end="3137">Evidence must be submitted privately to authorized ELO staff only.</li><li data-start="3138" data-end="3225">We will never request access to private third-party conversations or platforms.</li><li data-start="3226" data-end="3334">All dispute handling will respect platform guidelines, privacy laws, and community expectations.</li><li data-start="3335" data-end="3397">Regardless of conflict, respectful conduct is mandatory.</li></ul><hr><h4 data-start="3404" data-end="3441" id="isPasted">&#x1F6AB; 6. Disqualification &amp; Forfeits</h4>You may be disqualified for any of the following:<ul data-start="3494" data-end="3683"><li data-start="3494" data-end="3519">Refusing verification</li><li data-start="3520" data-end="3552">Using alternate/bot accounts</li><li data-start="3553" data-end="3597">Violating eligibility or fair play rules</li><li data-start="3598" data-end="3635">Submitting misleading information</li><li data-start="3636" data-end="3683">Engaging in harassment or disruptive behavior</li></ul>If a winner is disqualified, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible participant per event criteria.<hr><h4 data-start="3803" data-end="3848" id="isPasted">&#x1F310; 7.
