At ELO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully pleased with a product, you may return it under the following conditions:
Return Time Frame
You can return your purchase within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It should also be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
How to Initiate a Return
Visit Our Returns Center:
Go to our Returns Center to start your return. Enter your order details and follow the instructions provided.Receive Your Pre-Paid Shipping Label:
Once your return request is approved, we’ll email you a pre-paid shipping label. Attach this label securely to your return package. ***The Shipping label cost will be deducted from the final refund amount***Send the Item Back:
Pack your item in its original packaging to ensure safe transit and drop it off at the specified shipping carrier’s location.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note, your bank may take up to 5 additional business days to process the refund.
Exceptions
Certain items, such as custom-made products or items purchased on sale, are non-returnable. This will be noted on the product page if applicable.
