If you add a bundle to your cart and it disappears right away, the most common reason is regional availability, not a problem with your browser or device.

Why it happens

Some bundles include an item that can currently only be fulfilled from one region. For example, the travel case included in some bundles is currently only available for US fulfillment. When a bundle contains an item that can't ship to your country, the store removes the whole bundle from your cart automatically.

What you can do

• Order the controller or other items on their own from eloesports.com. Items available in your region will stay in your cart.
• Contact us if you'd like to be notified when the full bundle becomes available in your region.
