How do I deal with stick drift or calibration issues?Updated 2 months ago

Last Updated: February 9th 2025

Experiencing stick drift or calibration issues can be frustrating, but it’s usually an easy fix. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Update to the Latest Firmware
Open the ELO Unleashed App and connect your controller. Go to Settings > Firmware Update to ensure your controller is running the latest firmware version. Firmware updates often include fixes that improve calibration and control.

  2. Re-Calibrate Your Controller
After updating, navigate to the Calibration section within Settings. Follow the on-screen instructions to recalibrate your controller. This process will adjust the deadzone settings, which should eliminate any stick drift you’re experiencing.

  3. Still Experiencing Issues?
If stick drift or calibration issues persist after updating and recalibrating, please reach out to our customer support team. Persistent issues could indicate a manufacturing defect, and we’ll be happy to assist with further troubleshooting or warranty claims if needed.
